At TK Trends, customer satisfaction is important to us. We offer a 30-day return policy for eligible products, subject to the conditions below.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and include its original packaging, tags, and accessories where applicable.

To start a return, contact us at tax@tktrends.com with your order number and reason for return.

Please do not send products back without receiving return instructions from our support team.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible and provide photographs of the issue.

We will review your request and arrange an appropriate resolution, such as a replacement or refund, at no additional cost where required by applicable law.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For health and hygiene reasons, certain opened or used personal-care and hygiene products may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns where permitted by law.

Any additional product-specific exclusions will be disclosed before purchase.

These exclusions do not affect your legal rights regarding defective or incorrectly described products.

4. Return Shipping Costs

For eligible change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

If the return is due to our error or a defective product, we will provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable law.

5. Refunds

Once an eligible returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. The time required for the refund to appear depends on your payment provider.

Original shipping fees are generally non-refundable for change-of-mind returns, except where required by law.
